Project Management

BCE Institute has adopted Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) as the project management methodology for implementing our projects. The methodology considers the size of the project portfolio, the complexity and duration of the project, the current operations processes, and systems to deliver high quality projects and meet stakeholders’ expectations.

We have evaluated the current state of our methodology and approach, evaluated risks based on our previous and current major projects and put together lessons learned and customized the methodology and approach for the training and development within the context of our country.

Our highly motivated expert team comes equipped with skills and experience to draw from, which can be used in all phases of the project. Our key to success is to have the right level of process to maintain control and deliver the project in an expedient manner.
