It is a cohesive approach that guarantees the successful realization of our projects, strengthening relationships and delivering results that resonate with all involved parties

Our Projects

We offer“At BCE Institute, we recognize that fulfilling our commitments is not only about our customers and processes but extends to our people and the environment. This holistic approach resonates in all our projects.” Below are our flagship projects and a link to all other projects:

War On Leaks

Our collaboration with the Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) in the flagship War on Leaks project stands as a testament to our commitment to societal development. This initiative, undertaken alongside Rand Water and Energy & Water Sector Education Training Authority (EWSETA), targets water loss within South Africa. BCE Institute's role is to provide crucial project management on training, fostering the young generation to be change-makers. Four specialized training programs, focused on Entrepreneurship, Water Conservation, Water Demand Management (WCWDM), Water Agent, and Artisan, equip the participants with the skills to combat water leaks and promote conservation. With impressive completion rates and over 60% female and youth participation, this project has enabled beneficiaries to gain employment or start businesses.

Niger Delta Artisanal Training

The Niger Delta Artisanal Training Program, an initiative by the Nigerian

government, sought to reintegrate combatants and create income opportunities

for youth in the Niger Delta region. BCE Institute acted as the project management partner, offering training that blended artisanal skills with entrepreneurial guidance. By sending participants to South Africa for training as artisans, pilots, and skilled professionals, the project aimed to drive job creation and sustainable poverty reduction. The completion of the training led to the issuance of competence certificates to successful participants.

Emerging Farmers Programme
